For the quantity and quality packaging disputes of products, please contact your customer commissioner and complaint commissioner at the same time, and provide test reports, photos and possible solution suggestions. We will confirm RMA or CN matters within 1 working day.
If there is a quality problem, ICC will take the best and highest level of treatment, confirm it within 24 hours, and the general manager will personally supervise the completion of the rectification report. At the same time, ICC will send the customer settlement letter and give the customer appropriate compensation, and adopt the customer recognized effective solutions to prevent the recurrence of such problems.
