Excimer grade calcium fluoride crystal material
ICC is the supplier with the largest fluoride production capacity and strongest processing capability in China,
with an annual production capacity of over 50 tons of calcium fluoride crystals.
ICC has a strict classification of calcium fluoride crystals, including infrared grade, ultraviolet grade, and excimer grade calcium fluoride.
Among them, the quasi-molecular grade calcium fluoride crystal material has high quality performance such as low stress, high internal uniformity,
no coloration and no fluorescence.

Oversized magnesium fluoride(MgF2) single crystal material
ICC can supply D200 magnesium fluoride single crystal in bulk, and the annual production capacity of single crystal is about 10 tons, which is the largest magnesium fluoride crystal supplier in China.
ICC's magnesium fluoride crystals are widely used in deep violet light source external protection window sheet, achromatic colloidal wave sheet, LCD illumination and imaging system, 193/248/355nm in excimer system and spectral analysis system; with good imaging quality, high laser tolerance, no coloring phenomenon, and good control of crystal stress and small angle grain boundary.
